We had a bit of trouble on arrival as the gate was locked and the doorbell was not working. Called and did not get a response. However, later a staff came to open the gate after i messaged. The code for entry should've been sent in advance for ease of access. However once we had settled in, the property was beautiful, the dinner was truly exceptional, our best meal in Italy, and the breakfast spread was lovely too. Bed is squeaky and walls are thin, nevertheless would not hesitate to recommend.
