First .. we stayed here from 19-26 of Sept 2025 and for sure we will stay at Radisson Blu whenever we come to Sheffield. It is at city centre whc is very convenient. The hotel was clean, the staff were kind. And when we checked out; Eve really helpful, we wanted to help her to put our heavy luggages into the trolley but she refused it, she said thats her job.
She was 👍🏻

The gym and location were the best things about this hotel. The cost is pricey and the breakfast average. The most unfortunate part of our stay, however, was the smell in the room. I spoke to several staff members and nothing improved. There is no natural ventilation as no windows open so the room smells musty and stale. I wasn’t offered any discount or free breakfast to accommodate this despite being reasonable about the issue. Air freshener was offered and I was told to spray it in front of the air-con but this had no impact.
Disappointed and unsatisfactory customer service.
