OK for the money. Lone owner trying to fix the property & is doing well. Room was clean & nice decor. A bit noisy early morning with trains & heavy traffic driving over railway lines. Location good & a short drive to beach. Probably wouldn’t stay again but OK for one night

No frills very clean room , comfortable bed deffo stay again great value for money.

Good and convenient location. I stayed for 3 nights but there was no room cleaning and was informed it is only done at check out. Needed toilet paper but found out that the spare ones are left next to the laundry room however, I just found it accidentally. Room was a bit cold at night and the heater fan was a bit noisy. Extra blanket would have been nice.
