    Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Kids had fun swimming while I relaxed in the hot tub watching them. Breakfast was also great. I will come back and recommend this place.

    I was treated terribly from the moment we tried to check in and my room was already paid beforehand. I went to the front desk at 932pm for 2 washcloths and 2 bath towels but they said they didn’t have any until morning they were all dirty. No extra blankets either and we needed one because the A/C was constantly running and no way to adjust the temperature I don’t even know what temp it was on because the screen didn’t work. The young man that checked me in immediately began to treat us terribly and started he would allow me to stay the one night but wouldn’t extend my stay. I wouldn’t ever want to stay there again ever. He argued about 100 deposit which is not specified, I explained that but of course he didn’t seem to care and continued talking to his supervisor on his headset. I work for a major university and just wanted a relaxing evening and this jerk ruined my whole experience so beware of this place. I will never stay there again ever
