    M Excellent, safe and central location, diagonally opposite Time Out markets, and less than 5 minutes walk to the V&A Waterfront. Very friendly and helpful staff. Note this property does not have a pool or gym. Family suite design is terribly cramped and not really useable. Needs to be extended. Complimentary upgrade to 2 larger rooms was appreciated. Complementary coffee cart at reception to make your own cappuccinos till 11am.

    The plugs did not work in the bedroom, there were yellow stains on the linen. The shower was not great. I had to pay tourism tax as a South African resident, never paid this before. Thank goodness only stayed one night as I won’t return again.
