The property impressed with its cleanliness and exceptional staff, making for a welcoming atmosphere. Facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable experience. VWi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, the room size was a bit on the smaller side, which might be a consideration for some. Overall, it's a solid choice for those looking for a convenient location and great amenities.

The hotel is decent but nothing extraordinary. It can get noisy at night due to the number of flight attendants staying there, and you can hear footsteps near the doors. The staff doesn’t speak English, which can be challenging for those who don’t speak Portuguese. The layout of the hotel feels a bit claustrophobic due to the long, narrow corridors. The rooftop bar offers a nice view of Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer, but it tends to get crowded.
