A really nice place near to Heathrow airport. There are staffs who are responding fast if any queries. Very clean and comfortable room. Highly recommended.

The apartment was generally ok. The big difficulty with this booking was that the host required a £1 test withdrawal and then a security deposit but they sent the request through AGODA and they mask the link so it becomes impossible to pay. If you don't pay i assume they cancel the reservation. I had to call from istanbul requesting them to send via an email. I don't think their understanding of English is good because this also proved very difficult. This must happen on every booking so you'd think they would include this deposit in the original reservation or at least streamline how they get the deposit. 1 star for check in experience
