I have a conference and needed a place to stay. It was a comfortable bed and clean shower. Exactly what I needed. Staff was extremely friendly and polite. Will be more than happy to stay here again next time I have a conference in Liverpool

I was quite disappointed because the reality of the hotel does not match the photos shown online. The pictures look much better than the actual rooms and facilities. While the staff were great and the place was clean, the overall quality and facilities were not up to the standard I expected from the images.
If you book here, just be aware that it might not look exactly like it does in the photos.

I come here to attend my son graduation ceremony, the location is just stone throw to the universities and my sons room. Staff is very friendly except the women on night shift. Other than that, the hotel is okay
