It is not suitable for family and there is no kitchen provided for cooking..it's is mentioned in the facilities shared kitchen is available but there is no kitchen provided...there is no break fast which is mentioned in the facilities

My train was cancelled when traveling to Pisa due to accident. Something that force majeur. My train then arrived at 23.30 and I asked the staff to grant us access to check in but the staff rejected it since the check in time only until 22.00. They dont provide me a refund or solution, they just treat us like nothing. We are very disappointed
