The property was located less than 10min from the pier and just 1 min from the beach. We would get daily water, but were able also to refill. We had sun beds included at the beach. It was quite comfy. The only downside was the slow internet. But it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Next time on PhiPhi, will book this place again.

It is located at the end of the island, have to walk a lot to get to the centre. but staff is very cooperative and prompt, they gave us the room before check in time and even allowed us 1.5 hour late check out, the rooms are quite basic but clean.

The mains points are the following:
For the cheaper rooms its good value for money, but its deceiving according to the photos, you dont get the bungalows, you get a tiny room facing Jojo tanks at the back which is not what we thought we were booking.
The other point is that its too far from the main/central things happening on the island. We initially liked its location as we wanted somewhere very quiet which it was indeed.
However, we underestimated the time walking to everything which can take away from actually enjoying your time there if you only have a a few days.
