The person working the front desk allowed somebody that did not have a handicap plaque to park in a handicap parking spot. When I brought it to his attention, I didn’t get the sense that he would rectify the situation.

Great bang for your buck-property was built in 1960
Rooms are clean-property needs a facelift
Nice lake views
Elevator works perfect
Walk to eating establishments & shopping, the lake which is where Commons beach is.3 minute walk
Mini golf and lots of outdoor activities year round
Agatam Beach is our favorite
Sand Harbor is a great spot as is Emerald Bay
We’ve been going here for years
The Trucker River is fun.
Visit Truckee Ca while you are here
Kings Beach is a local fun spot
Walk everywhere or bicycle
Highly recommend Tahoe City

There was construction noise nonstop at night which I was assured that the staff tried to make aware at the time of booking. I did not see the alerts. I was given ear plugs and told they couldn’t do anything else.

Front desk clerk talking about another hotel guest to other guests checking in. Very unprofessional and rude. Would never stay here again
