Even though the location is quite good (for someone who likes skiing), and the hotel has a nice spa centre all the rest is absolutely below standard:
-They don't have enough parking space to accommodate the necessary cars to reach the hotel, and on the streets in the surrounding area is a 0-24 no-stop / no-parking.
-Our room was right above the loading/unloading and trash disposal area, very noisy since very early in the morning
-Breakfast starts at 07:30 when the slopes opens at 08:10, too late for someone who wants to start skiing early in the morning
-Breakfast quality is pretty low, a lot of food but of quite low standard, and they don't serve espresso coffee (we are in Italy for God's sake!), and the bar doesn't open until after 08:30
-Restaurant doesn't't have enough seats to accommodate all the guests
-Shuttle Service for the ski slope lifts starts at 08:30, when the lifts opens at 08:10
-Wi-Fi quality is very low
-Most of the staff doesn't speak english
....absolutely no value for the VERY pricey rooms, totally not recommendable in a busy period like Christmas!!
