Back rooms extremely noisy and hot . Only the new bathrooms are good . Mattresses terrible . Generally I’d never stay there again or recommend it

I rarely write reviews, but my recent stay at your hotel left me with no choice.
Upon arrival at around 7:30 PM for a business trip, my booking wasn’t processed, forcing us to wait at reception for an hour. Instead of resolving the issue proactively, the receptionist made *me* call Agoda to resend the confirmation email. I don’t understand why the hotel couldn’t handle this directly—it’s your responsibility to ensure reservations are properly received.
Later that night, after returning from a meeting, the parking gate was closed. Why? I had to walk to reception just to get it opened. What if I needed to leave after 11 PM? This was highly inconvenient.
The next day, another issue arose when a guest blocked the parking entrance, leaving us unable to access it for **1.5 hours**.
To make matters worse, on the second day of our two-night stay, our room key stopped working, requiring yet another trip to reception for a replacement.
Overall, the lack of efficiency and poor handling of basic services made this stay frustrating. For a business traveler, reliability matters—unfortunately, your hotel fell short.
