I cannot rate this resort high enough. We went mid winter so I can only imagine how stunning it must be in summer and spring. Beautifully appointed rooms, very clean and new. Food in the main restaurant was excellent, had breakfast daily fresh local products, plenty of choice for vegetarian (myself), and also we ate dinner there one night. Slightly expensive but delicious. Lots of little extras like the indoor water centre with saunas and steam rooms and all sorts of different pools indoor. Lovely little gym and quiet yoga room too. Location was a bit remote but we could easily get into Bologna 45 min drive as a day trip. I needed longer than 5 days to enjoy the resort AND explore Bologna. Would like to go back.

This is a resort with all you can expect in the area wellness- well being, immaculate and spotless albeit a bit pricey, several restaurants to offer choices and lots of choices inside the resort in terms of wellness and relax

We booked the hotel last minute because of the heat. The location is up in the hills which is great for views, but not that close to easily sightsee Bologna unless you pay for a taxi. The selection of pools and restaurants is very good and i’d recommend the winery near by for a tasting.
