Stylish clean rooms, comfy beds and amenities to cook. Staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better start to our Italian adventure.

Pros: great room. Excellent facilities. Modern. Renee and Laura was amazing
Cons: Emailed facility for link to check in. Never sent one. We had to contact agoda to have Vicky send link which was done late. Communicating with Andrea. Only repled to click the lunk which was never sent.
Also emailed Andrea how to get to hotel. Never replied. We had to get a water taxi who brought us to a different hotel. We had to pay 100 euros and had to walk with our luggage for more than a mile crossing 5 bridges with steps. Renee and Laura were great. Andrea was no help
