    The location was amazing, and the lady at the front desk was very kind and supportive. The AC in the room was fantastic. Breakfast was average based on my experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

    Friendly staff and perfect location. But request for transfer to and from to avoid getting ripped off by taxi drivers.

    This hotel is neither a palace nor is the room a suite. There are absolutely no facilities, the breakfast is horrible and the hotel consists of rooms along a stairwell. The location is excellent, right off the main square and the price was reasonable, but this is not a four star hotel. It is actually more of an apartment building than a hotel. The staff even asked us to leave the breakfast room while we were chatting with a couple we had just met, then asked us to leave the hallway. There are hundreds of hotels in this city and I strongly recommend choosing one of them. I am extremely disappointed in this one.
