    Very nice spacious suite in beautiful historic building. Washing machine and kitchen. Street is a pedestrian street. Must check in at nearby Hotel Continentale.

    Located on pedestrian-only San Niccolo, check-in and breakfast is at Hotel Continentale, just round the corner from Palace Suites. Walking distance to the Piazzaz, Molo Audace and Grand Canal. 15 min walk to train and bus station. Suite has high ceiling, with good sound proofing – do not hear noise from street. Bath tub has jacuzzi. There is a washing machine and kitchenette in suite. Restaurants and cafes (Pasticceria La Bomboniera) is 2-3 min walk from Palace Suites. Ala carte breakfast menu includes bread/croissant; eggs; cold cuts & cheese; yoghurt/muesli/granola; fruits as well as gluten-free option.
