I arrived at 1.30am after a long 7 hours from rio because of traffic to be met with the most awful reception guy I've ever encountered.he looked at me like I was from Mars and what was I doing in a hotel!he proceeded to check me in tried putting me in a dorm when my booking clearly said standard room!the guy should not b working in hospitality didn't receive a smile once!the pool had no water and had warning tape round it!they did get back in working order 4 nye but I wasn't going in it!the bathrooms r mouldy and the rooms not much better
