Great hotel to stay. Close to marina and restaurant. The only negative point was that no hot water but I would recommend it anyway.

The sea view room has amazing view. Bathroom smells and doesn't feel clean. Staff not very helpful. But the location and price make up for it.

1) Our 5:30 pm check in experience at this hotel was terrible. When we went to our room, the key card didn’t work. As we were about to head down to the front desk, two women walked up and said it was their room. The front desk admitted they had assigned us the a room that was already occupied and asked us to wait in the coffee shop next to the lobby for them to find us a new room. We sat there for 30 minutes and no one came. I walked back to the front desk to enquire about our room. A different clerk got us a room in another couple minutes. It looked like no one had done a thing while we sat there for 30 minutes. We go to the new room and the lights and AC didn’t turn on. Walked back to the front desk and told the clerk. He called the manager. I asked the manager for a refund as I no longer wanted to stay at this hotel, and he said NO -there is “no problem, the lights can be fixed”. Walk back upstairs and clerk reset breaker, so lights worked. BUT the AC unit did not allow us to change the temperature. Went back downstairs. The manager said he could fix it, which he did. By then, it had been 75 minutes since arriving at the hotel. 2) There is not enough parking at the hotel. To drive to the hotel you go down a narrow lane that is shared with the taxi stand. It’s very difficult to maneuver
