The room is very nice and functional. Great design and comfortable. The shower is great. The location is very convenient. 7 stops on M2 from / to the airport and 2 blocks walk. Most attractions are within 15-30 min walk after you cross the bridge Breakfast was wonderful. Great selection of many healthy and tasty foods. There’s a coffee machine that utilizes oat milk so check before you use. The other coffee maker uses milk. The staff at the reception and at breakfast are pleasant and helpful. We would stay there again

I had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Copenhagen. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They answered all my questions clearly and made me feel very well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a lovely river view that made the stay even more special. The location is excellent—right by the Canal and within easy walking distance to the city center and main attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen and would happily stay here again.

While the hotel made commendable steps to make up for poor room service and an unbearably hot room (on the first night I put it down to bad food as the air con was on full, the windows closed, as instructed, and the bathroom door closed to the heated floor - which was so hot I couldn’t even enjoy a shower- and on the second night, I opened the windows and let in all the cold air but all the noise of the city as well), the problems I encountered were far below my expectations. I was really looking forward to my second NH experience and I will not be booking a third.
