Great location to use as base for a short stay exploring the Borders region.
Mine host and all staff are so friendly, nothing seems too much trouble for them.
Room clean and tidy, beds very comfy and ensuite excellent shower.
Great breakfasts too!!
Excellent VFM, would have no hesitation in staying here again.
