It serves like an apartment instead of hotel, but it’s all fine with me—no disturbance at all. The room is spacious and clean. But no bottle water provided in the room.

Location was great for me as I’m travelling by train and going on day trips. A little bit far from the touristy parts, but great for my step count.

1. Bath door leaked water. 2. No change of towels and cleaning throughput our 3 nights stay even though we signed up the request at reception. 3. When checked in, no one told us we could not use the kitchen facilities unless at a charge. When we used the stove at night, we found the glass top of electric stove was broken and stove not working. We checked with reception, as it was night time, no one could come for repair and we requested for a change of room. The staff reluctantly went to check. I called the reception after 5 mins to check if we could change room or we should get undress for bed. To my astonishment, the staff rudely shouted when he picked up the phone (at that point I had not even spoken) saying that if I was doing that he would not help and would just sit there. I told him I just wanted to know if there could be a change as it was pretty late at night. He repeated the same message. He called back after 20 mins with a reproaching attitude saying he was going to change the room out of his own heart and repeated that he did not like the way I called and questioned me with “Do you understand ?” three times. We were led to another room by a late night shift staff, but the stove also did not work there and we move back to the original room. Someone came to fix the stove in the morning but failed as the model was different and could not fit in. The manager told us we booked a double room hence could not use the kitchen facilities, even the refrigerator. However, my point was they should tell us upfront at time of check in, or they have the facilities locked up as it could be locked to avoid any misunderstanding. As a guest, unless specified (such as drinks in fridge or phone calls etc )which could be at a charge, I would have thought I could use all facilities available in the room. Though he apologied and offered a day’s breakfast for us, I could not believe the service and attitude of the staff could be that worse.
