The facility itself isn’t bad, but the experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean at all—the floor was dirty, there was rubbish and thick dust under the bed, like it hadn’t been cleaned for a year. There was even mold on the wall in the toilet and above the toilet area.
The staff were not friendly, especially the two women at the front desk. There’s no proper luggage service: after check-out, you can only leave your luggage for free until 2 or 3 PM, then you have to pay. And they won’t let you drop off luggage before check-in if it’s before 12 PM.
Because of that, I had to use the luggage storage at Paddington Station, which cost £6 per bag per day—very inconvenient and added extra costs.
Also, please be aware they require a deposit at check-in, which wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand.
Overall, this place seriously needs improvement in cleanliness, customer service, and transparency.
