Best food for a Buffet, both Breakfast and Dinner. The server *** is very friendly, professional and pays attention to details, like our drink preferences for a week. Always with a smiling face. The rooms are super clean and amenities are Top! A free wine and fruits welcomed us in our rooms. Our room with pool was totally nice. The DJ by the pool played good relaxing music everyday. Beach attendants were quick and very friendly. The entire staff is doing a very good job and solution oriented.
We would like to stay more days but its already fully booked.
P.S: For us the Environmental fee + Taxes was already included in our Agoda booking, that led to some issues during Check-out, because it did not show in E-Receipt. These taxes are to be paid in the hotel directly. But this was solved immediately by the Front Office Manager professionally.
