My husband and I stayed here on our anniversary trip. The staff was so sweet and accommodating and the resort is absolutely gorgeous! We stayed in the immerse room with the big soaking tub and it was worth every penny! Golf course and restaurant were also 10/10.

Beware of double and triple charges for resort fees! Our Agoda booking included the resort fees in it (see attached), but we have been unable to reach a consensus with anyone on the property regarding where those fees have gone. We have now been charged multiple times for the resort fees, and have received no further communication from the property after checking out, despite being told that we'd hear back by/around 3pm the same day. Another staff member informed us on our second day that we have in fact paid the resort fees in our original booking and should not be charged again. Unfortunately, this is not the case at this point. I'd really appreciate resolving this issue already, as it's not only soured our stay, but has now been lingering for a week over us since we left.
