Had stayed the night before found it very comfortable ,booked for a second night because husband in ccu whangerai hospital ,got there about 8 pm ,found we had to do self check in ,an email had been sent to my ipad ,there was another lady and her mum waiting as well ,her email was sent to her husband s email ,she couldnt get hold of him as he was out of range on their farm ,my ipad was flat ,her husband rang went and got number for lock box ,it was opened and there was only 1 key ,not one for me this had taken an hour ,she said i could share thier room ,got i lad charging found my email and it said my room was the same as the previous night and was unlocked and key in microwave ,went to check found owner was back ,we had a chat and he was very sorry ,we suggested sending a text as well ,he was very nice and it is very comfortable ,we had to laugh about it later .
