    I really like this place but on 9-30-25 rebooted my stay and when I went down to the office to confirm the manager said he didn't receive my payment and l needed call Agoda and see what happened.... I did what he asked but I couldn't get ahold of a live representative so I went step by step and AI said that I did my part by paying... so I went back downstairs and told him he said he sees I made and paid but he didn't get his part of the payment ( whatever that means) so I said WELL what now. He asked me if I could at least put something down i told him I just spent the last of my money he said I need some type of money ( ohh yes he did) by this time im upset so I called my card and I overdrafted my card and paid him directly and I also let him keep my $25 deposit just so I can have a place to rest my head. Now im overdrawn in the bank $40 because of the BS.the cost of the room $54.89

    On 9-30-25 I was to renew my stay and I used my credit card to renew my stay and when I went down to the office to go confirm my payment, the manager said that he did not receive it and that if I had any cash or anything to put down because he sees a reservation but he didn't get his end of the part, so if I had any money extra to put down Which I overdraw to my bank to do so and let him keep my deposit. And I don't think that was fair because he said he didn't get it. And I tried to get ahold out of gooda but they said that it was too busy and for me to deal with AI so now $40 of a drawn in the bank and $25 out of my deposit because he said he'd get his and now I'm just frustrated. I hope. Somebody can fix this.
