    our room which stated that it comes with air conditioning DOESNT come with one. It was peak summer and we are literally sweating profusely. Staff were friendly but they are unable to do anything for us because they are completely booked out even though we offered to pay for an upgrade. it is very unfortunate that our stay here was miserable because of that reason alone because other than that, it will make for a great retreat in Cochem
