There were so many cockroaches in wardrobe and kitchen.
Also there was space available for luggage to keep in lobby after checkout and no staff coordinated properly regarding this issue

Truly loved the establishment…refrigerator, a hot pot for coffee or tea, electric stove, easy heating switch, large shower and bathroom , breakfast served each day, housekeeping was on it, laundry (washer and dryer), a few steps from a MetroRail, and a couple of grocery stores within walking distance.

The stay was fair but a bit frustrating.
Room was okay but here are some areas to improve :
-Provide more items in the kitchen, more towels, water bottles.
- My room #311 and I noticed several ones, has no access to room wifi. Also it was a continuous noise coming from the bathroom. Walls are not sound proof, noises around.
- The elevators were out of service for entire stay and I only found out when I reached there.
- The gym was on the 9th floor and the sauna was on “renovations”
- Laundry and dryer are 7euros, only available on the 1st floor at specific times.
- Breakfast was okay, might provide fresh fruits as well. Sometimes it gets cleaned up from 9:45am so if you come a bit late , it’s already gone.
The place is not the most expensive, however they need transparency as a lots of stuff were “out of service” but still advertised on the website.

I arrived for check-in at 3:00pm and was shown to my room. The condition of the room was very different from the photos advertised online. The pillows and bedding had visible stains, the room had a strong moldy smell, and overall it did not appear clean or well maintained. The promotional photos on Agoda give the impression of a brighter, cleaner space, which was not what I experienced.
Within 20 minutes of arriving, I returned to the lobby to request a refund, as I did not feel comfortable staying in the room. The receptionist asked me to point out the issues directly, so I walked her through the room and showed her the stains and cleanliness problems. Instead of addressing the concerns, she left without comment. Back at the desk, she then asked me to show her which photos I had seen online. I explained that there were very few accurate photos of the rooms or bathrooms, and the one hallway photo shown did not reflect the reality.
She briefly mentioned the possibility of another room but then said the hotel was fully booked, so that option was not available. When I confirmed that I would like a refund, she told me that I could not receive one directly and would need to contact the booking site.
Because of the poor conditions and lack of assistance, I left the hotel the same day and booked accommodation elsewhere. I also paid the city tax on arrival, which I believe should be refunded along with the room charge.
My experience was disappointing both in terms of cleanliness and service. I hope this feedback helps ensure better transparency for future guests.
