The hostel staff was great, always responsive of our doubts both via whatsapp and at the reception.
The actual hostel is located on the 5th of of the building and can feel super scretchy. No signs, weak light, old elevator.
Once you get to the hostel, the kitchen and living area are clean and organise.
Tha bathrooms are divided by gender, which I appreciate as a female.
Bathrooms wer always clean.
Sadly the tours are not real tours, just transfers. You would pay to be dropped off and pick up.
The best thing about this place is the bed. An ACTUAL mattress!! all pretty new.

Amazing stay, it’s in a great location, super clean and great common room for meeting others and they run tours to Matka Canyon & Kosovo.
Seems dodge the building & elevator but inside is all good :)

My room card didn't open the door even though I hadn't finished my stay yet. When I went to the front desk and told them I couldn't get in, they said there was no problem, then corrected the card and gave it to me, saying you could get in. So, they're not admitting their mistake and blaming you, trying to cover it up as if there was no problem. Bad.
