    We loved the homey and efficient feel of the Melbourne House. The staff was so friendly and kind. Truly exceptional people who went out of their way to help and give advice. The walls and ceiling are pretty thin so we could hear people coming up the stairs and in the rooms around us so sleep wasn’t quite as sound as we would have liked. Still, the water ran hot in the shower, the linens were clean, and we were able to open the window to let in the fresh air!

    It was second time about this hotel for me. They are still warm-hearted and the room condition is the best. There is no heater in the room. So it might be little bit cold in winter. Also, single room is little bit small to unfold a 28inch carrier. But we could use closet ;-) I could walk to Bigben within 30 mins. And there is a bus stop 2 or 3 mins walk away. Pimlico station is not too far from the hotel. I think the hotel is very accessible. I recommend the hotel :)

    I am not sure if it worth the money in London or not as it is the only hotel I booked in London and I stayed 4 nights. The room is very small you can barely moving around. No air conditioning and there is a smell may be perfume or cleaning product in the room. You have to open the window for a long time to get fresh air. The bedroom is a bit old but clean. The staff are friendly. The location is all right and it is close to train station and not too far from city center
