On arrival,we were informed that there will be no hot water in the whole hotel for 2'days until it gets fixed,and if we wanted to book elsewhere,we could. I said we would stay, but could we get a free drink or meal for doing so. The receptionist said the manager wasn't around to make a decision, so I asked her to text her instead. This she did, but for the 2 days we stayed, the receptionist said the manager did not respond! What kind of management of a hotel is this!!???

The room was very good for what is a 4 century old building. Quirkly not like a modern hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming without being ‘in your face’. Everything was spotlessly clean. Will definitely be back
