Location is tops. Walk into town is 10 minutes. Very easy path.
Our room was clean and felt crisp. Everything worked. Great value for your money and booked through Agoda. Breakfast was fine, good espresso, being Italy, 🇮🇹 it has to be.

Staff but it’s on a motorway miles from everywhere. No tea/coffee facilities in the room (a basic)… no restaurant

Being pedantic, but we had no milk in our room , black tea or coffee only . Also the espresso machine wasn’t working well

Staff where lovely breakfast was good and close to bus terminal and Ferrari factory.
Room bed was uncomfortable, and can hear people closing doors as to insulation.
Also no complementary water or a coffee machine and for the price per night I was surprised.
If you want a coffee you have to go downstairs and use a Nespresso capsule machine and ask for milk if needed as no creamer or large cups.
Water has to be bought.
Breakfast was really good with a selection from cold and hots .
Would I return no as value for money not worth the price and also to take food from a take away they want to charge you for cleaning etc.
