Where do I even begin? We simply loved everything about Maple Ridge Villas. The peaceful setting in the middle of rice fields, yet walking distance to numerous great restaurants, coffee places and spas. The great layout of the villa, which has all the amenities you'll need. The lovely pool with stunning views. The great communication with Kyle and his team, who could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Bonus points for how comfy the bed was! We will definitely be back.

It is like a fairytale cottage tucked in a sleepy rice field village. Love the environment. Ubud city is about 20mins drive away, which is ok. The villa is quiet, with silence broken by birds chirping, rooster crows and crickets calls. Wonderful experience. The villa comes with a fully functional kitchen that allow guests to do simple meal preparation and dinner cooking. Very clean and quiet. There is a private pool as well. Such wonderful rural escape for urban dwellers. The only thing we thought can add to safety is the use of motion sensor lights along the little path leading to the villa. If we got back at night, will need a torch to see where we are going. Will be back again for sure! I missed the place already!

My partner and I had an amazing few days in Ubud at Maple Ridge villas . The team (Thankyou Ramaan and the other fellow we didn’t get the name) was friendly, helpful and thoughtful from check in to check out. They arranged our laundry to be picked up and dropped off. Daily clean ups were done when we were out and about. We felt respected for our privacy while also being well looked after. It is surrounded by rice field in a secluded village. A little further away from the hustle and bustle and that’s exactly what we love about it. Motorbiking in and out of town was a breeze anyways.
Also a pleasure to meet Kyle, the guy behind the villa who made sure to add those warm Canadian touches in and around the villa.
We cooked one of the nights there and felt right at home. Other times we dined out or ordered in. I’d note that the location is a little tricky for Grab food delivery and we’ve learned to add in notes to direct the driver. Gojek allows a better location pinning and was easy as.
