    Excellent hotel with fully equipped studios and apartments, which are cleaned daily. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Protaras, about a 15 minute walk to the center. The staff at the Marija Hotel at the reception and other staff were extremely friendly. All recommendations!

    great room at a great price for one week , quite sea view fifteen minute walk from the hustle and bustle but doesnt bother me that enjoyed my stay

    At first glance the place looks clean enough, however as it is an old building you start noticing old cracks and stains on the walls and floors. Old furniture with distinct smell. They did however, come and clean it everyday so that was nice. It's not that close to the sea. If you don't want to walk 25-30 mins everyday (one way) maybe it's not the best choice for you. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes and such close to the sea. The biggest disappointment was that the A/C was not included in the booking and we had to pay it extra. We didn't know about that. It wasn't mentioned anywhere. Of course the staff were super friendly and nice. Overall, if you are looking for something fancy maybe this one isn't for you but if you're looking for a decent place to stay and don't mind the walking it's a nice place to stay at.
