Very accommodating staff! The place is really nice and clean! We definitely recommend it! SO GREAT HOTEL! REALLY! My husband and I had a great stay here. It's a 5 stars for us. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had a great stay with really spacious cave room that was really clean and comfortable.tq to all the staffs and owner who was really helpful throughout our stay and helping us with the booking for the activities.

Staff very friendly and the hotel near to restaurant

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. After confirming on Agoda for an upgrade request, they denied at check-in holding us ransom to oay additional 100 Euro. After numerous discussions and spending an hour arguing they forced us to pay additional for family room with the only other option taking up a regular room which is nothing like it looks in the pictures. Owner and mamager blatantly denied honouring the commitment. We paid 100 Euros for upgrade with a complementary wine and fruit basket - most expensive wine and fruit basket I have paid for till now !!! Restaurant staff was very good and accommodating. They do not have a bell desk(person) so moving luggage is an issue while the manager graciously offers to help with the luggage. I will not visit this property again considering the aggravation, low customer service and owners frivolous mindset.
