The staff at Magri's Hotel were extremely helpful. Ana was especially kind and answered all of my questions with a smile! We had a wonderful stay.

Room was very clean. Plenty of space for a family of 3. Staff was friendly and helpful. They booked us many taxis, even at 4am. Location is good, walking distance to the Gianturco metro station. Also free parking which is a rare facility in Naples. Overall it was a pleasant sty.

I was on a ground floor room. All the road noises were very clear. The windows were frosted, and had only sheer curtains. It was very bright at night as the street lamps could shine in. I had a hard time sleeping because of the brightness. It was close to the metro line. Breakfast was average, there’s better coffee outside. Price is lower than other nearby hotels, so I won’t complain. Service staff were very helpful with directions and calling taxi.
