This is a very well kept motor inn. We generally stay here when we have business in Maryville.
Clean and spacious rooms, hot shower, hot breakfast in the mornings……what more could you ask for.
The reason for my 3 stars concerning Value for Your Money is that they charged me an extra $50 for my dog this time. I don’t find that to be a reasonable fee when the room fee is *** and then tack on a $50 pet fee. We may have to make other arrangements in the future.

This is my go to hotel anytime I am staying in Maryville. Always clean, Nice little kitchen set up, but if you dont feel like cooking it is convenient to many restaurants.

Conveniently located on Hwy 321. Nice breakfast with fresh eggs every morning. Friendly staff. Easy Parking.

While the check-in person was friendly, I just can’t give it a better rating overall. My assistant booked this place in error because it was 9.6 rating on agoda. If I was a woman, I wouldn’t to stay here alone at night
