Checking in was a bit confusing but we figured it out. The inn keeper apologized for not being around but the wait was short. She was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed.

We usually stay in a hotel (or AirBNB when we travel in a large group) when we go to places. I initially thought I booked into one (this facility) and was surprised that it was like an AirBNB accommodation except that it was just a room accommodation. Nevertheless, it gave us a roof on our head. Breakfast was probably continental which we did not take advantage since it was a tie up with a restaurant probably outside the building. This is one thing we didn’t like in this accommodation. We dont like going out for breakfast. Checking in: Since I am used to booking to hotels. I didn’t bother reading through any future email from the facility, we didn’t realize that we have to communicate with the owner prior to going to the facility to get the code of the door. Hence, we didn’t get the information until we were at the front door (that’s when I realized that it was not a hotel that I booked :(). If we didn’t an international plan on our phone, we would have been in trouble on how to get into the facility. We had to call the international number in order to get access to the code. Accommodation: Room was clean and ok. Information about the area: We usually ask hotel staff for recommendation where to eat or the top attractions of the area. Unfortunately, we didn’t get so much information since the staff available was the cleaning lady who had limited English. Don’t get me wrong, she was awesome in making us comfortable and did her best to give us information on some basic things we needed like where to get bus tickets, etc. But tourist information was limited.

Disappointed! We stayed at this B&B back in 2019 returning now November 2024. What a change (new ownership ?).No attention to the customers; the place is no longer spotless, mold in the shower area, restricted room heater is only from 4pm to 8:00am; breakfast coupon not included anymore; uncomfortable bed with a cheap foam mattress and the worst: cleaning after two days stay (there is no mention about this practice at Agoda’s’ site)We’re there 4 days, room was cleaned on the 3rd day , meaning once in 4 days. Unacceptable!
