There was a snowstorm in the forecast which is why we booked a room at Loge near the ski resort. The power was out when we showed up and the Loge staff said that Agoda doesn’t share our contact information with them so that they weren’t able to contact us before we arrived. Then we got snowed in for three days, part of it with no electricity or running water. There’s no cell service there so when the electricity is out, there’s no way for us to contact anyone. A group of 6 guests had to shovel for an entire day in order to get out of the driveway.

we stayed in April. Even though most of the routes to the mountain itself is closed we have tons of things to do in the hotel and they have a pool. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable about the whole park as well. They showed us trails that we would never have discovered if it were only up to us. Thank you!
