Wonderful stay. Chance upon this gem of a place. Nice little lodge with 9 rooms. 2 Extensive whiskey selection at reasonable price. Perfect to chill with a dram by the fireplace. There's 2 to choose from!
Jaro from the front is so attentive. Best service in years. He also help out at breakfast with his wonderful service. The breakfast selection is also good.

The hotel is advertised as 5 Star hotel but it falls much lower in reality. The hotel bedroom was small, uncomfortable bed and noisy floors.
The room view of lake is not good and obstructed. The area surrounding the hotel do not have access to be near the lake for a walk or resting places to enjoy the lake scenery.
The staff are excellent, welcoming and helpful.
