The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. A varied assortment of hot drinks were provided in the room. All the staff, reception/bar, were really friendly and welcoming. We will certainly return.

This was our 2nd time at the hotel and the hotel on this occasion was packed to the rafters! As we had our dog with us we didn't eat In the main dining room but in the area where dogs could be with us. We ate at the hotel on 2 occasions and in our opinion the food was overcooked both times. The 2nd time my husband sent back his fish and chips due to the batter being exceptionally dark brown and not light as you would expect. The staff were very patient and brought him another fish however it was the same. My husband sent this back and didn't reorder.
A lovely friendly hotel , with polite and helpful staff just on this occasion the food let it down.

Staff were great, location is great and there is parking on both sides of the main road outside.
The bed was good and the clothing storage unit is good too.
I was disappointed with the view from our 'City View' room which looked directly out onto the HVAC unit outside and behind was the housing complex a street across.
The bathroom was the biggest let down however, the inside of the door was dirty with stains and paint splatter marks.
The toilet was very squished up against the wall so I couldn't sit up straight on it due to the toilet roll holder being there too.
The shower doors when closed left an open gap at the top and the inside grouting was in poor condition.
The shower hose leaked out the top below the shower head and the water pipes leading to the shower and sink were exposed at the top -didn't look good. The cold tap dripped when in the off position too.
