Everything was so good. Room and their service was clean and neat.
Facilities such as pool and sauna was good to relax. Breakfast service was better than other hotels I stayed in italy.

We loved staying at the Linder. It's situated in a quaint town surrounded by 360deg mountain views. It's close enough to drive to the more popular sites in Ortisei.
There's a sauna, pool, and a "relax room" with great views. Rooms on the ground floor have a patio overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was good.
Overall a great experience.

The hotel has good facilities, and breakfast is pleasant.
We were left feeling uncomfortable at a somewhat awkward encounter when we first arrived. We were 2 hours ahead of check in time, and had unloaded our bags and brought them to the counter, requesting for them to be kept at the concierge until we came back for check in. However, the lady at the check in desk insisted that there was 'absolutely no space' for our bags and we had to keep the bags in our car. She also insisted we immediately moved our car from the 1st basement's check in lot, which was quite empty at the time, even though we told her we would be leaving in a few minutes after using the washroom.
This was quite ridiculous because there seemed to be plenty of space in the room for luggage, and the carpark was also relatively empty at around 1pm.
Otherwise everyone was really nice.
