It was also a central location right in the shopping district of Rosenheim, making it easy to get most things.
The place itself was big and was well equipped with a dishwasher, kitchenette, ironing board, coffee maker, mini fridge and toaster etc
I do recommend to do your online check in early. As the place is unstaffed, the code to get into the main door and room gets sent only after this is done and it takes time. But once you get the code, it is easy to get in and out without an issue for the rest of your trip.
Staff were generally responsive via email. However, I encountered wifi issues while there. It didn't get resolved, but wasn't major as we were generally out and about.
