    It's crazy that you still have to pay $40 per night for parking when you are staying at the hotel and paying ### per night. The hotel theme is great, but it was so hard to get help. There are no phones in the room to call room service or the front desk. I eventually figured out you have to text them to a specific number. Upon checking in, no one tells you about any of the apps to download or all of the night programming available. For the price, I just expected it to be easier to navigate the hotel and more support from staff. With two toddlers there is very little time to figure that stuff out once you get there. The bunkbed situation was also stressful with two young kids that don't understand safety. The good part is that you are right at the park entrance. The breakfast buffet was also very good. I would only stay again if I got a good discount. Not worth ### a night.

    For the price you expect better. Location hard for ride shares, extremely late check in times, not the most friendly staff, wet spots on the floor, tattered curtains, no microwave in room, wooden stools in the bathroom (yuck) park was cool, but I wouldn't spend the extra to stay in the hotel.
