We were prepared to pay a premium for the location of this hotel and enjoyed the short walk along the lakeside to the old town. The hotel is modern, clean and nicely designed. My son (13) really liked the mezzanine room layout, although the staircase would be too steep for young children to use unsupervised. The pool wasn’t open during our stay.. We didn’t take breakfast (quite steep at €28 pp) but enjoyed a lovely brunch at a little cafe in town and there were lots to choose from. I was a little disappointed that the hotel was further away from the lake than the photos had suggested (across a road and small patch of wasteland) but overall we enjoyed our stay and found the location convenient to enjoy our short time in Annecy.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Un vrai hôtel avec de bons services. Prêt du centre, mais devant le lac. Tout à fait charmant!

Chose it for the views but don’t bother as it’s the road and not beautiful views. Wasn’t allowed to use the pool , wish there was better mid option range in Annecy
