Room was lovely and clean, bed very comfortable. Spa facilities second to none. Staff very attentive and helpful, even found us a downstairs room as my wife is disabled. Can’t wait to go back for a longer visit and to explore the bars and restaurants.

Went there fpr my drama awards on valantines Day for the 3rd time since early Feb 2025, I think. Everytime I find something else that I like about staying with you guys. Can't wait to be back already and only checked out at 11am this morning.

Beautiful place, old feel, clean rooms

Check in was smooth - the room was very tired , wall paper lifting , tea/coffee stains on walks near bins - carpet and furnishings etc well worn ( I wouldn’t walk on floor without footwear)
We only had 1 normal tea bag and 2 sugars ( staff did give more when requested)
Noise ( talking and tv) could be heard from room next door
Positives - The room was warm and beds were ok
Spa - late opening - reason oh sorry forget we had 3 entrances - once inside the spa no issues and better than the hotel accommodation
Would I stay again probably not at over £100 not cheap and rooms better imo at premier inn - but no spa
$$$$
