Would have given a -100 stars if I can. Arrived at the hotel around 14:00hrs. Email from owner, I can self check-in from 13:00 onwards with NUKI code. Having problem after multiple tries, tried to contact owner for close to 10 times on the number on their entrance, to call in times of emergency. Called the number listed in Agoda 3 or 4 times. Stuck outside till almost 20:00 before Agoda has helped to rectify the problem. In between, Agoda has managed to contact and spoke with the owner 2 times, then owner finally decided to ignore Agoda also. I have 3 other colleagues who booked the hotel together. We choose to stay here for the convenience of the restaurant, which was in renovation, and noting was mentioned in Agoda nor Booking. They stayed a night and moved to other hotel. feedback was really bad also. Owner still have the guts to hustle me with repeated emails saying that I never called them. Don't know how they got the good ratings here in the past. Don't waste your time or spoil your mood. stay away from this hotel. Frankly speaking, booking apps should blacklist this hotel.
