Too many kids in the adult jacuzzi. It was a little dirty. Staff needs to enforce that part

This is our family's favorite place to stay when vacationing in Big Bear. Location is great! Close to everything. Rite on the Lake. Very family friendly. We always meet great people. The staff is excellant.

I booked a Lake View Room through Agoda, but the management assigned a room with only a partial view, explaining that it’s a deeded condo with “lake view.” Guests should be clearly informed whether they’re getting a full or partial lake view — this was misleading.
The condo itself was clean, spacious, and suitable for families, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. However, the room was very dark with no fresh air, and the building is quite old Carpet very dirty (though well maintained).
If you’re booking mainly for the lake view, be aware that it may not be a full view as advertised.
