Looking around this area and you won’t find another place in this location for all the advantages it offers. Debbie is great and treats this place like her own. Super clean. Quiet but 2 minutes to beach. restaurants and shops.

We stayed 7 nights at La Jolla Riviera Inn.
The location is very good, relatively close to the beach. Plenty of off street parking (follow cleaning days signs to avoid ticket). The hotel offers reserved parking spot for $15/night.
The place is very clean, quiet and feels like home.
Spacious rooms with full kitchen and TV in the living room.
Very nice courtyard, like botanical garden with sitting area and BBQ. Fenced pool, up to 9' deep.
Debbie, the property manager is very nice and helpful.
With all said above, plus comfortable bed, pillows and birds, singing since early morning, it really feels like paradise!

Good location but rooms & bathrooms requires up-gradation. They must be struggling with low staff so during my 4 nights stay not a single time they had done rooms cleaning.
